I communicated with Steve Montoya for about a day or so before going Into Volkswagen. I wanted to look at Jettas. Steve is extremely professional, friendly and has a great personality. Other dealerships have that Salesy feel, not this one. Steve didn't pressure me to buy anything I wasn't I retested in. He answered all of my questions. I had a problem with the GPS, radio, Apple car Play and all the electronics. I was prepared fr a really big bill as my Golf was a 2017 model, I was thrilled when I picked it up to learn the repair was covered by a warranty. I have always found the people here curteous and caring.

I had a recall for a computer update on my Tiguan. The opintment was very easy ,friendly service advisor. A nice awaiting area. They had my vehicle compleyed in less then 1 hour.
